First IKEA meal of 2013

Here's a little short post..

A Thursday if you check the calender (Lol being totally random here..)
Went down to Ikea for dinner because I had the craving for Swedish Meatballs.
More like I always want to eat it but it was exceptionally craved for back then haha!
And so..off to Ikea I go with JoAnn.
As we were getting our food..I was more or less challenged to how much soup I can get the plate to be filled with.
So #ChallengeAccepted and what's the result...?

SO FULL

When I was pushing the little trolley back to the table I was being so cautious.

Was afraid that if I push too fast and come to a halt, the soup will just spill haha!

It was really funny =P

CLOSE ENOUGH..almost spilled..

Oh right, this salmon is really good. Much better than the other one with sauce!

So chatted over the delicious meal. Man it was really good haha!

I miss it!

Anyway after a good dinner is a usual walkabout at Ikea..

Oh this is before we ate actually..saw this stuff toy. So cute =D

OH..so..on this day, actually I kind of had an idea before, I think she talked about it.
But she really likes pussy willow?
Because it's really smooth and furry and nice to touch.
At first I was just, 'okay..?'
Later after I played with it..okay maybe it's not that bad haha!!
By the way there were some with the coats still on.
Apparently we were not supposed to pull it out? It should bloom and drop off by itself.
But we ended up pulling a few.
And I didn't know we are not supposed to =P

CAUGHT RED HANDED..SUFFOCATING IT.

And then there's this...what do I call it.
A model? One that can be freely twisted around?
I thought it was quite interesting and made a few pose with them.
Took a picture..and from this angle she totally looked like...

she's trying to break the leg LOL.

This picture came about when it was suggested that I take a photo with this tiny snake..!

Casually used a mirror and took one while talking to her.

So..yet another fun day out eating good food =D

SHANGHAI TRIP 2012 Day 2

Here comes the 2nd day spent in ShangHai!
Had a good sleep the night before (It was quite a rare thing okay.)
So the day started off with practise!
Oh wait, we had buffet breakfast before that (Enjoy life)
Yup so after breakfast we had to walk to the practice room.
There's this stretch where a huge door is opened and the chilly wind can blow in.
THAT STRETCH WAS FREAKING COLD.
So everyone just ran like mice across that part of the short journey hahaha!
And there we are in the practice room =]

So the practice was well..2 hours long? Or was it one? I think it's one since I didn't have my instrument

and I didn't remember feeling bored for a really long period of time.

SO IT IS ONE HOUR OF PRACTICE. Yup =)

After that we head out to have fun..! 

Took a bus to Cheng Wang Miao. Some temple =D

After a while it got so cold they couldn't take it. Yong Siang couldn't look up.

My nose became numb btw zzz

I'm sure you heard me mention that we had buffet breakfast right.

At the temple, we were given time to roam around freely.

And the first thing we said we wanted is food -.-

WHAT THE HECK RIGHT.

But you know what...?

The food was really good ><

Fried steam buns =D So fried or steamed? The bottom is fried!

WE WERE SO FULL SIGH. GLUTTONS.

After that we went shopping for a short while since we spent quite a bit of the available time on eating haha!

Jing Ying the shopaholic bought a panda cap!

By the way, Xiao Jin bought Smelly Tofu after that.

WONDER HOW MUCH HIS STOMACH CAN TAKE HAHA!

So later on..right after this, we went for lunch -.-

And yeah..you probably figured out..

The group that ate the food on top (that wasn't all okay) had a lot of leftover for lunch haha!!

Everyone simply ate too much zzz

But food's good haha!

So after lunch we took bus again..

YES THE TRIP IS FULL OF BUS RIDES DUH. 

About time you realize it hahaha! 

Can't be walking to places right =P

So we went down to the science center I think.

It says Science Center but..there are many sectors inside? Like animals as well.

See, it says Animal's World. Super cool!

LOOKS REAL HUH. Throw banana at it hahaha.

And last station of the day..watching a show at the circus..or would you consider it a theatre?

Whatever it is..we watched a show okay haha they have amazing stuns.

One scary one is having like 6 motorcycles rushing around in a ring. 

One mistake and all 6 cyclists will fly.

But someone told us that's the easiest trick since as long as you follow as math calculated..

Nothing will happen lol -.-

SHANGHAI TRIP 2012 DAY 1

One of the most unique experience in my life started on this day.
AN OVERSEAS TRIP WITH FRIENDS.
It's my first time in my 18 years of life.
Haha notice how I try to make 18 sounds like a really long time.
Actually..it's quite long isn't it..? o.o
Well, whatever.
So everyone gathered at Singapore Changi Airport..(WHERE ELSE YOU EXPECT)!

So after some waiting..since people like Nowell was late lol! We finished checking in and went through the departure gate!

After that is another round of waiting outside the designated gate to board the plane. 

B10 to be specific..

Yup, B10 and Jeremy Lee. LOL.

Things started off chaotic with Koh Yong Siang opening his mouth to say something he have been holding in him for months.

Shall not elaborate on it ><

So fast forward fast forward...

AND WE ARE ON THE PLANE WHOOO.

Man that ride was a really long one. Kind of slept a little on the bus.

The tour guide started to talk and introduce the place to us.

But you know what?

She was talking about traffic jam in Shang Hai for a while.

Sorry, but it was really kinda boring so I didn't really bother listening..

Either that or it's just me not having seen any nice scenery in my life =P

Lastly, there was this gallery..I think.

I'm not sure what exactly it is but there are cool stuff inside, like..

models of buildings..human figurines that looked EXTREMELY REAL..and many more!

That's about it for day 1.

After that was just going home to bathe and sleep. 

It wasn't the crazy period yet haha!

There's still day 2, 3, 4, 5, and probably 6 I think haha.

It's gonna be crazy posting them..so expect random break posts about the more current events!
