And thought about updating my blog with a post!
Today's subject, a day out at Botanic Garden and Vivocity, even though it was in 2012
and it's already 2013. DOESN'T MATTER RIGHT....

So we heard from XinHao that he's performing in Botanic Garden with an external musical group.
Since there was leisure time, decided to make a trip down to support with Jo Ann.
And before going down to the garden itself..I've been wanting to try Island Creamery for a long time.
Since Kendra always told me that it's really nice and I must try it!
So went there to eat ice cream waffle =P
Before finding Island Creamery we were wandering around.
Went to have a look at some shops, like comics and toys.
And I realize we always talk into marts, especially Cold Storage. Find it cool or something lol.
Back to Island Creamery...
Honestly, I was a little disappointed.
I didn't really like the ice cream waffle. It's relatively plain.
In fact, having tried Udders back in the PW days, Island Creamery seems to be way worse?
Well, at least I tried it in the end. It's not too bad, just overrated probably.
Happily eating her..forgot what flavor. Some dark chocolate thing.
Oh and it was raining that day so we were thinking about how it will suck having to watch in the rain.
Because the place where he's performing has no shelter.
Started talking about holding umbrella standing there and watching him haha!
Like some stalkers in the rain -.-''
ANYWAY luckily, the rain got lighter and eventually kind of stopped.
So we made our way towards Botanic Garden =]
Did I mention that I've never been to Botanic Garden before?
Not in my 10 years of life in Singapore =.=
So I've been called 'deprived'.
Not surprised lol.
Then as we walked in the garden to the performing area...
WE FOUND HELL LOT OF MILLIPEDES ALL OVER THE PLACE?!
Seriously I've never seen as many millipedes as that day of my life.
It was like 8~10 of them within a dimension of 20 cm by 20 cm.
And there were patches of them.
Rather frequently there'll be a few RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
Had a hard time trying to avoid stepping on them, Disgusting.
Besides that, the view of Botanic Garden is really nice.

Wanted to take a pic in it but were all afraid of millipedes dropping haha!
Well besides millipedes we also saw ducks and a super huge black swan!
The ducklings were damn cute =D

Anyway..
AFTER LIKE A REALLY LONG WALK, found the performance area and watched the performance.
Took a shot with Xin Hao. I didn't care about public image and just called him out =P SHOUT HAHA
Looked like the world was ending behind us.
After that went down to Vivo to eat and chill a little.
Didn't there's sort of like night scenery there.
Can't see much la.
After that went home. The songs played were quite niec =D
The day was good.
When things don't turn out the way you want it to..well live with it. What else can you do. It happened already.
