Finally here's a third Mix and Match post!

Yo my doggies!

So many of you should have known by now, (or else we obviously haven't talked in a long while. That's GREAT) that I moved to Bedok. 

And with the shift...came two dogs!!

Finally some animals in the house besides the tortoise which hides all the time when someone walk pass -.-

All I could do at the very best is...touch its hard shell. WHAT?!

WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT...LIKE IT CAN FEEL ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

ANYWAY...presenting to you the two new members!

Our dear Snowy!

And Sandy!!

Snowy is super noisy and active..always running around in the house and before bringing her down for a walk-and-poop session. She loves to scratch herself and her feet always hit the floor without fail...so it makes a lot of 'pak pak pak pak' sound that lasts for about...2-3 minutes depending on how itchy she is I guess. SHE HAS SMELLY BREATH AND WORSE STILL SHE LIKES TO STICK HER FACE CLOSE TO YOU. Definitely need to brush her teeth frequently =P

Sandy on the other hand is much more quiet..except to me maybe. In the entire household I'm the one and only....that gets barked at by Sandy whenever I come home. No, it's not a new smell. He just have to SEE that it's me and he'll walk first..then pick up the speed to come bark at me -.- The method to silence him is..to reach out with my hand and touch his head. Upon contact he'll shut up and once I start rubbing his head he'll quickly lie down in the position for a tummy rub. SERIOUSLY WHAT DO YOU WANT...he definitely isn't barking out of joy because he'll chase after me and bite my shirt if I heck about him and walk further INTO the house. It's almost like I'm a stranger trying to barge my way through him so he has to attack me. LOL.

One occasion where Snowy lost Sandy (on the other side of the wall) so she climbed up to get a better view)

One random night she come into my room to play!

Anyway both are damn fun to play with haha they are cute.

NLB MOMENTS'

Everyone goes somewhere to study right...

Okay maybe not everyone but many people.

Through the last stretch of the year I spent most of the time in the National Library at Bugis, only sleeping at home haha.

We spent a  few days bringing food from your home and eat right outside NLB like hobos..

Just glad that sometimes you come down all the way to study here so that it won't be so boring for me (and for you sometimes) thank you..!! (;

SLV (back to that familiar home!)

Some time this year my classmates organized a trip back to help out at the home we went to during SLV.

Of course, I remember most of them there..and a closer few who would always run to me (:

It was nice going back down to see them..it feels good to see them so happy seeing us too!

We played games with them..chatted and WOW they are taking care of hamsters!

Damn cute..it doesn't bite me too (:

Moment of doubt

Sometimes I'm not sure what is supposed to be right and what is supposed to be wrong.

Is it too much to ask for or did I let myself get taken advantage of?

Seems to be losing the balance every now and then.

Don't feel like doing anything. Luckily there's nothing to do either.

Ideals

Chasing after an ideal can be really tiring.
Having dreamed of a future deemed to be realistic, expectations tag along and become part of life,
however things will not always turn out to be the way you want it to.
Your ideal isn't the ideal of the many other people you'll meet in your life no matter who it is.
They clash, and sometimes it favors you, sometimes it may not.
That's one fine lesson to be learned.
I've given up many things in my past years, but in this two-year journey I've given up some which are
really significant and the experience was suffocating.
Changes that follow the abandoning of the previous goal comes along together with my other tiny waves and hit against the shore at once.
This is probably a test harder than any other written papers.
They are the real examinations in life, nothing like studying from textbooks and notes, and apply them to questions printed on papers.
To challenges faced thus far, my answer to the examination is:

Think of the better so you will  remember to not be complacent.
Think of the worse so you will remember to count your blessings.

Interact Camp Last day at Sentosa

Yes so it's been like, ages since I last posted something?
CT 2 was insane..and results were..okay lets not talk about it.
Was looking through photos (as usual, I look through my photos a lot)
And I got reminded of this day..

22/03/2013-Interact Camp at Sentosa
So back in March..(yes 4 months ago I know..)
Every CCA has their March camp. Same goes for CO and Interact.
So..of course I participated in CO's camp as priority but I heard that help is appreciated if there's any other days we can make it..
So..decided to help out in Interact camp on the last day as a Station Master (:
It was kind of tiring honestly..the CO camp lasting for a few days and not to forget, CO had their own Amazing Race. And every year it's tiring..this year less because the area is limited to the East.
ANYWAY as the title mentioned the last day was held at Sentosa.
Jo Ann and I were assigned to a game station by the coast in a erm..little 'forest'
Actually it's just an empty space with lots of trees haha!
So we were supposed to hide these papers that they have to find in this mini forest area..
Well I must say the forested area is a really good place, complemented with our evilness haha!
For example..one of the paper was folded and slotted into a tree bark. I then covered the bark with dried leaves.
Seriously who would have found it haha!
And then there's one stuck at the bottom of the dustbin..
And one more that I find it a fun place to hide even though it's easy to find: under a rock.
Haha! Quite fun seeing them looking around..but to be honest even we ourselves forgot where they are.
We don't have to rmb anyway =P
After a few rounds we lost the fun in it haha got really bored with trying to hide them..
So hanged in there under the hot sun with nothing but the sea, vegetation, and mosquitoes zzz
Damn itchy. Got bitten so many times.
Then there was this group that experienced a time lag..
Don't know what happened. But it took a long while for the group to reach, like 20 mins or so?
So we sat down and take a break..chat and wait for them..
Every minute that passes, Jo Ann would shout, 'late!!!'
The hot sun must have driven her insane =D
Anyway..

Yeah the coast..WHILE WAITING..

Tried hard to smile under the bright sun..

WHERE ARE THEY...at least there's strong wind (inferred from flying hair)

After some time they came and we ended the last group of er..players. Haha!
Ended the day with gathering and like mass dance at the beach..haha quite fun!
There were peacocks walking around so everyone got excited (about the peacocks) LOL.
So many of us wanted to go over and take a picture.

Was really tired..but I guess I don't regret helping out.

It's still fun and memorable =D

Mix and Match 2!

After having been MIA for such a long while..
I'm back to present to you more random moments caught in my life before moving on to something else =D
Simply because a long post is indeed long, it takes time and I'm not really in the mood and driven to post it =P

Was on the way to Bedok Point to have lunch with the class..
And there was this man on a wheelchair wanting to cross the road.
So..the class joker+nonsense+fullofshit+fixed hair thatdon'tmoveeveninastorm boy,
Mr Yeo Xin Hao,
decided to be nice and help him!

Somehow he doesn't look very reliable though? xD

Yeah..a few of us all said go first, while he will help the person cross the road.

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT!

I remember very clearly..everyone say go 1st..

but in the end almost everyone stood there and wait with Xin Hao hahah!

Was planning out games for the CO March camp..

So..there was this game I suggested..-credits to running man-

The camera game where there's a requirement when taking a photo, and the face must be captured.

The participants must also jump to get captured in the camera!

So on this day..a few of us decided to try out whether this game works!

And the photos are with me, of course =PP

WELL I GUESS THIS LOOKS HILARIOUS ENOUGH? HAHA!

Can clearly see that they jumped right ^^

A CO lunch with the juniors and seniors...at Thaipan.

Highlight of the day: Melissa cleaned many plates of Butter squid.

There were 4 tables of us..and I was at the same table as her.

Our table ordered two plates of butter squid..as usual when she gets bored she subconsciously clear all remnants of the butter.

But things escalated this day..

SHE CLEARED A TOTAL OF 6 PLATES OF BUTTER SQUIDS..

We kind of sabotaged her.

She kept saying, 'No I'm really very full already..'

But we told other tables, 'Hey are there more butter left? Can pass over?'

And we left it in front of her.

Gradually..subconsciously..she picks up her chopsticks and dig in, haha it was hilarious!

Caught red handed...

She could even say, 'I am full,' and put in more butter simultaneously.

Salute!

Promised to cook up something for Jo Ann.

So..decided to make pasta! A relatively simple one.

Just wake up much earlier..cook pasta.

Fry the bacon..make butter stir fried white mushrooms.

And..cook campbell mushroom potage with half a can of water instead to make it thick like sauce.

It's nice personally thinking!

Since Jo Ann likes it salty..the bacon adding on to the salty taste makes everything perfect.

Yes I know it looks scary there..

I have a picture of the food when I just finished cooking.

It looks nice but I'm lazy to export it from my phone so..sorry?

Haha it's nice anyway!!

I had a bowl of it too haha!!

That's about it for now..

Even I wonder myself, when will I post again haha!

Hope it wouldn't be too long though!

Valentine..

Yup, Valentine's Day, and it's a school day =D
So..for the school part, it's more or less like another other day of school.
Oh, I remember during one of the lecture...Ariane asked me, 'what did you get for JoAnn?'
Haha flustered for a while and told her what I prepared. I even asked her to rate it on a scale of 1-10 LOL.
So halfway through school I gave her a card..
Before school ended, she got me to go to CO room..
Then she took out this huge plastic bag in red which contained a really nice looking black container.
The box itself is like a present x.x
Anyway I couldn't open it there and then...could only slip my hand inside and feel what it is.
I didn't figure out of course..it was really huge.
So with that, she went home 1st while I also made my way home in the rain to wash up before going out!


(At Home)

Took some time untying the red plastic bag because I refused to cut it. Stubborn crap =P
Got a good look at the beautiful box haha! It's so nice!
I felt something soft back then so I  kept thinking what it was...
I opened it and tada~

If you're wondering how big this actually is..it's big enough to hug it and sleep =D

And with the self-made tiny card that haha cute!

Quickly bathed and went out to collect some stuff...and made a reservation, just in case.

Soo..after I was done with everything I went down to Tamp to meet her 1st.
Haha..how awkward I felt on the way there ><
Carrying stuff and all..!
Anyway!
When I reached, she haven't changed and was sleeping I think. In a bit of a mess haha!
With her in that half-asleep state, I easily hid some of the stuff so that when I walked in I wouldn't look so weird holding everything =P
So only after I'm feeling okay I took it back out to give it to her haha..
And yup..a jar full of folded stars and a rolled up note, and flowers :)

The spaghetti is really good..

Same goes for my Dory Baked Rice but as usual it's easy to get sick of haha!

REALLY NICE DESSERT..

Random picture haha! Even stood there and waited for colours..

Went back to Tamp..spend some time and the day ended..

What a blessing it was

To be able to spend this day with this special someone

Nah it's not like I managed to catch up on the blog post till to date, it's just that I'm here to rant about something that happened minutes ago -.-

YOU DON'T MOOD SWING AND BE UNHAPPY ABOUT HAVING LOTS OF CLOTHES TO WASH..THEN COME AND RANT IT ON ME OKAY.
Honestly I would have usually tolerated it but, lets not take it for granted.
Not in the mood to take your nonsense today.
Don't blame when the day comes where I openly rebut you.
You better not say I'm rude since I'll still mind my language.
